A consent and medical release form MUST be signed and turned in WITH your deposit. Click here to download a form. Print and sign it, then turn it in with your deposit. If you are not able to print it, your tour advisor will have forms available. Thank you.
We are using “Remind”, a group text procedure to notify parents of updates to the tour plans as we progress. To be informed when changes occur you do not need to download an app.
