It is necessary to attend this meeting to receive all information about your tour.
All students and at least one parent/guardian must attend.
Final Payments and Consent Forms Are Due at Meeting
A consent and medical release form MUST be signed and turned in WITH your deposit. Click here to download a form. Print and sign it, then turn it in with your deposit. If you are not able to print it, your tour advisor will have forms available.
There is a 4% convenience fee to pay by credit card
All deposits and other payments are non-refundable to guarantee the price for all passengers. We strongly urge you to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Contact your insurance carrier for coverage. There are also many other products available on the market for this coverage.
Due to the continuing government shutdown, we must postpone the Washington, D.C. tour. The rescheduled date is Thursday, March 12 though Saturday, March 14, 2026. The itinerary and price will remain the same.
If you wish to participate on the March trip, please let Mr. Hertrick know. You do not need to do anything else. If you are uncertain and would like to have your money returned, see Mr. Hertrick and he will make arrangements with you. If you decide to join the tour later, that will be fine. Simply make the payment and you will be added to the list, provided that there is still space. Please spread the word to others that may be
