All deposits and other payments are non-refundable to guarantee the price for all passengers. We strongly urge you to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Contact your insurance carrier for coverage. There are also many other products available on the market for this coverage.
This meeting is to distribute important information about the tour.
All students and at least one parent/guardian must attend.
A consent and medical release form MUST be signed and turned in WITH your deposit. Click here to download a form. Print and sign it, then turn it in with your deposit. If you are not able to print it, your tour advisor will have forms available. Thank you.
