It is necessary to attend this meeting to receive all information about your tour.
All students and at least one parent/guardian must attend.
Final Payments and Consent Forms Are Due at Meeting
A consent and medical release form MUST be signed and turned in WITH your deposit. Click here to download a form. Print and sign it, then turn it in with your deposit. If you are not able to print it, your tour advisor will have forms available.
There is a 4% convenience fee to pay by credit card
All deposits and other payments are non-refundable to guarantee the price for all passengers. We strongly urge you to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Contact your insurance carrier for coverage. There are also many other products available on the market for this coverage.
